Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with students, families, and staff
- Experience or interest in working with school-aged children
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse student population
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for student progress
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, evaluation, and treatment for students with speech, language, articulation, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation on student progress
- Effectively communicate with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding student needs
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary planning and provide staff guidance as needed
- Participate in case conferences and professional development
