Speech Language Pathologist in Buffalo, NY

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in New York State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates—supervision is provided onsite
- Experience working with pediatric and adult clients in clinical, educational, or home settings
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and compassionately
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and evidence-based therapy for clients ranging from young children to adults
- Manage a weekly caseload of approximately 40-45 treatment mandates, with designated paperwork time allotted in your schedule
- Provide services primarily at an outpatient clinic in Williamsville, with occasional coverage at local home health or school-based locations as needed
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support individualized care
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
