Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based intervention and collaboration
  • Effective communication with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with diverse communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student success
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
  • Adapt therapy strategies for in-school or potential clinic settings
