Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-based intervention and collaboration
- Effective communication with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
- Adapt therapy strategies for in-school or potential clinic settings
