This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week and involves providing services primarily in an outpatient clinic setting, with occasional coverage at home health or school-based locations as needed. This role features a consistent, manageable weekly caseload of approximately 40-45 treatment mandates, with dedicated time built into your schedule for paperwork. You'll have the chance to provide both evaluations and therapy to clients of all ages, making each day engaging and varied. If you're a Clinical Fellow (CF), supervision is provided onsite, fostering mentorship and growth as you launch your career in speech-language pathology.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Current state licensure or the ability to obtain one before start
  • Experience or strong interest in both pediatric and adult populations
  • Comfort with working in a flexible environment, occasionally rotating between clinic, home health, and school-based settings
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy to clients across the lifespan
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and family members
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting standards
