Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Pennsylvania state SLP license and current clearances
- Eligible for CFY or CCC credentialing
- Experience with school or pediatric populations preferred, but all SLP backgrounds encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with children
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for early intervention needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement tailored IEPs, collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Utilize evidence-based practices for student success
- Support school initiatives and contribute to a positive classroom environment
