What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license and required clearances
- Clinical Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFY) welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for a pediatric caseload
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings
- Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to foster a positive learning environment
- Contributing to IEP meetings and maintaining accurate documentation to monitor student progress
- Advocating for students’ unique needs and supporting their growth throughout the school year
