Telehealth Speech Language Pathologist | Arizona

A fully remote contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services. This position involves supporting school-aged students through telepractice with a focus on delivering quality speech therapy and ensuring compliance with educational requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and providing clinical guidance to two full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Preparing Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and Individualized Service Plans (ISP), including developing and updating treatment plans and speech goals
- Attending IEP meetings to collaborate on services for district-placed students
- Reviewing and signing off on quarterly progress reports and SLPA session documentation
- Monitoring student progress and analyzing therapy data to inform interventions
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid SLP licensure and certification in telespeech or teletherapy
- Experience delivering speech therapy services in educational settings
- Proven ability in supervising SLPAs and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of IEP/ISP development and compliance processes
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills for managing documentation and virtual meetings
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
