Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting working with K-12 populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and functional goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as required
- Support a diverse caseload, adapting therapy to various age groups and communication needs
