Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Deliver hands-on therapy sessions targeting communication improvement
- Carefully document student progress and adjust plans for best outcomes
- Work seamlessly alongside occupational therapists, counselors, teachers, and more
- Engage families in the therapeutic process to maximize student success
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) as required by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
