Virtual Speech Language Pathologist in AZ

A remote contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy services focused on delivering support to the school setting. This fully remote position offers a flexible schedule with up to 20 billable hours per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and providing clinical guidance to two full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Preparing Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Individualized Service Plans (ISP), including developing and updating treatment plans and speech-language goals
- Participating in IEP meetings for students placed by the school district
- Reviewing and signing quarterly progress reports to ensure compliance and progress tracking
- Overseeing and approving documentation submitted for SLPA therapy sessions
- Monitoring student progress by analyzing therapy data to inform treatment adjustments
Qualifications and experience sought:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license
- Proven experience with teletherapy models in educational settings
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Familiarity with IEP/ISP documentation and special education processes
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Ability to manage caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently
