A fully remote speech-language pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available, offering a flexible schedule with up to 20 billable hours per week. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and providing clinical direction to two full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Preparing detailed Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Individualized Service Plan (ISP) documentation, including the development and periodic updating of treatment plans and speech goals
- Actively participating in IEP meetings for students placed by the district
- Reviewing and approving quarterly progress reports and SLPA session documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitoring student progress by analyzing therapy data and adjusting interventions accordingly
Ideal candidates should possess strong clinical skills in teletherapy, experience working in school-based settings, and the ability to manage and mentor support staff effectively. Familiarity with IEP and ISP processes, as well as excellent organizational and communication abilities, are essential.
