Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
- Valid state SLP license, or eligibility for licensure in Oregon
- CCC-SLP or CFY status accepted—strong mentoring available for CFs
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexibility to work collaboratively with educational teams, students, and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
- Implement evidence-based interventions for a range of communication disorders
- Maintain accurate records and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide support for students across various grade levels and disabilities
