Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Surprise, AZ

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a current AZ SLP License and IVP Fingerprint Card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience, especially with elementary caseloads, is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of IEP processes and Medicaid billing preferred
Role Highlights:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in PreK–8 settings
- Administer assessments, analyze student progress, and write comprehensive evaluation summaries
- Develop, revise, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff to support student success
- Conduct initial and follow-up voice, fluency, articulation, and language evaluations
- Maintain accurate records, complete Medicaid Reimbursement forms, and manage scheduling for direct and consultation services
- Engage in ongoing communication with families and staff to maximize each child’s learning potential
