Step into a rewarding onsite role making a direct impact in the school community as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026/27 academic year. Multiple positions are available, offering flexibility for both full-time and part-time schedules across elementary grade levels. You’ll collaborate alongside other SLPs and SLPAs to serve PreK to 8th-grade students in vibrant school settings.
Openings include:
- Full-time SLP (on-site with SLPA support) for K-8
- Full-time SLP for PreK-6 (team includes another SLP and SLPA)
- Part-time SLP for K-6 (flexible 3-day schedule; option to split remaining days at an alternate site)
- SLP for K-6 with flexible 4- or 5-day scheduling possibilities (some cross-campus support may be arranged)
Key responsibilities:
- Administer thorough communication assessments and re-evaluations for students
- Develop individualized strategies and tailor instructional approaches for optimal student progress
- Participate in scheduling and conducting IEP meetings
- Create, review, and modify Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Complete necessary Medicaid billing forms for direct services
- Consult regularly with parents, teachers, and other staff to support successful student outcomes
- Prepare and submit clear and comprehensive evaluation reports
- Oversee direct and consultation service scheduling in accordance with IEP mandates
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- SLP-CCC certification (preferred)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
