What you’ll need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Arizona SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Card
- Comfortable administering assessments and managing IEP documentation
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for articulation, voice, fluency, and language concerns
- Develop, implement, and revise IEPs for assigned caseloads
- Schedule and provide direct therapy and consultation services per student IEPs
- Participate in IEP team meetings, collaborating with educators and families
- Prepare detailed evaluation summary reports
- Complete Medicaid Reimbursement forms and progress documentation
- Consult with teachers and parents to support student growth
