Openings are available for practitioners interested in providing services across a range of grade levels, with caseloads designed to ensure manageable, focused support. Some locations offer additional collaboration with SLPAs and fellow SLPs, providing a team-oriented approach and robust peer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language abilities, progress, and needs
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to promote effective learning
- Schedule and participate actively in IEP meetings
- Create, revise, and monitor Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
- Complete Medicaid direct service billing as necessary
- Consult and collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff
- Perform initial and periodic articulation, fluency, voice, and language evaluations
- Submit comprehensive evaluation summary reports
- Schedule students for both direct and consultative services as outlined in IEPs
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona SLP License
- Current IVP Fingerprint Card
- Experience with school-aged populations and IEP processes preferred
- CCC designation preferred
