Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Arizona SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid IVP Fingerprint clearance card
- Previous school-based experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language and articulation, voice, fluency evaluations, and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
- Lead IEP meetings, consult with caregivers and teachers
- Schedule and provide direct and consultative SLP services
- Maintain compliance with Medicaid billing and service documentation
- Develop student-centered intervention strategies
