School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Peoria, Arizona

You’ll be instrumental in supporting students’ communication needs by working alongside a collaborative team of professionals, including SLPAs and fellow SLPs, with caseloads tailored to skillset and preference.
Qualifications:
- Active AZ Speech-Language Pathologist License (CCC-SLP highly preferred)
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience in school-based SLP settings (elementary or PreK-8 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and Medicaid billing for direct services
- Excellent communication and consultative skills with students, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive assessments for articulation, fluency, voice, and language (including initial and re-evaluations)
- Develop, implement, and revise Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services according to IEP schedules
- Schedule and participate in IEP and team meetings
- Complete Medicaid reimbursement billing as required
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary staff
- Prepare and submit detailed evaluation reports and progress updates
