School Speech Language Pathologist - Phoenix, AZ

Multiple full-time and part-time roles are available to fit your preferred schedule, spanning PreK through Grade 8. Join a collaborative team environment where you’ll work alongside SLPs and SLPAs to provide essential speech and language interventions.
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- IVP Fingerprint Card required
- Prior schools or pediatric experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language abilities using standardized tools
- Develop targeted strategies and interventions to enhance student progress
- Create, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate actively in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct initial and re-evaluations for articulation, voice, fluency, and language
- Provide both direct and consultative services as specified in student IEPs
- Complete Medicaid Reimbursement billing/documentation as needed
- Consult regularly with families, teachers, and staff regarding student plans and progress
- Coordinate schedules for individual and group therapy sessions
