Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Sulphur Springs, Texas

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from kindergarten through 6th grade in a dynamic school setting, beginning in March and extending through the end of the academic year, with the potential to renew for summer and the next school year. This full-time, on-site position offers the chance to make a genuine impact alongside a collaborative team, including two other full-time therapists on campus.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidacy
- State licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, including students with moderate to severe needs
- Proficiency in teletherapy is a plus, though this role is exclusively on-site
- Comfortable working in a healthcare or educational setting with K-6th population
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse, mod-severe caseload
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide consultation, support, and training to staff as needed
Role Information:
- Full-time hours, up to 40 hours per week
- One dedicated school site
- School day runs between 7:30/8:00 AM and 2:45/3:45 PM
- Work closely with two additional full-time therapists at the site
- Interview conveniently via Zoom, Monday through Friday
