Whether you prefer the lively surroundings of Houston, the welcoming neighborhoods of Dallas/Fort Worth, or the coastal charm of the Corpus Christi area, you’ll be providing services in Pre-K settings and making meaningful connections with students, families, and educational staff.
What you bring:
- Current SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Passion for early childhood communication development
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations
- Commitment to collaborative educational teams
What you’ll do:
- Deliver engaging therapy to children in Pre-K settings, both individually and in groups
- Assess and document students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based IEP goals and therapy plans
- Consult with teachers and families for effective support and carryover
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to support student outcomes
