Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Sugar Land, Texas

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid or eligible Texas licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Prior school-based experience, including with IEPs, is advantageous
- Skilled in using AAC devices with students
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams (SLPA, PT, OT)
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and support students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
- Develop, execute, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
- Engage with family members, caregivers, and educational team to foster communication goals
- Maintain thorough, accurate therapy records and documentation
- Monitor and clearly communicate student progress
