Speech Language Pathologist in Sugar Land, TX
Exciting opportunities are now open for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP/SLPA) for the 2026–2027 school year. Join a dynamic team supporting students across multiple campuses throughout the Houston area, including locations in West, Central, South, and North/Northeast neighborhoods. This is a full-time, on-site contract position tailored for SLPs and SLPAs who are passionate about making a lasting impact in school-based settings.
Ideal candidates have:
- An active Texas-issued SLP or SLPA license (required: upload license screenshot with application)
- Relevant experience working in school environments
- Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) for the contract duration
- Reliable transportation to assigned campuses and flexibility for various school locations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to purchase a laptop, with the cost reimbursed as part of the benefits package
Role responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy and consultation to K–12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Support a diverse student population, including those at bilingual campuses
- Maintain professional compliance and participate in ongoing development
Experienced SLPs (CCC only) and SLPAs are encouraged to apply for roles at select West, Central, South, and North/Northeast campuses. Please note, supervisory hours for licensure will not be provided, and SLP-CFs will not be considered.
