Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and eligibility for CCC or current CFY status required
- Pediatric experience is essential
- Previous public school experience strongly preferred
- Able to commit onsite for the full school year (no remote, no assessment- or supervision-only roles)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students according to IEP requirements
- Engage in assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for a varied pediatric caseload
- Work alongside educators, support staff, and families to develop strategies that foster student success
- Document student performance, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Support positive communication outcomes for students across diverse backgrounds and needs
