Speech Language Pathologist in Sugar Land, TX
Seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC, Bilingual SLP-CCC, and SLPAs) for rewarding school-based contract roles for the 2026/2027 academic year. This opportunity is ideal for those with a passion for supporting students’ communication and academic success in a diverse educational environment. Assignments will be finalized closer to the start of the school year after the interview process.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Texas SLP or SLPA license required (submit a screenshot with your application); SLPAs must already hold licensure, as supervision hours will not be provided.
- Demonstrated school-based experience as an SLP or SLPA is essential.
- Bilingual SLP-CCCs are encouraged to apply.
- Placement requires on-site presence; remote or hybrid options are not available.
- SLP-CF candidates will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to student needs.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
- Accurately document services and progress in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Travel between campuses within the district as required; reliable transportation is necessary.

- Laptop purchase will be reimbursed after onboarding—factor this into your preparations.
- Assignments and specific school placements will be determined after the interview process, with details provided before the academic year begins.
- Selected candidates must complete district fingerprinting within the first three days of contract signing.
