Speech Language Pathologist in Stuarts Draft, VA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and current Virginia state licensure (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CF) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) holders
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Passion for helping school-age children thrive academically and socially
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and the SLPA for holistic support
- Document services, attend meetings, and provide parent/caregiver education
- Remain current with professional best practices and continuing education
