Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Williamsburg, VA

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 goals
- Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services to diverse student populations
- Monitor and accurately document student progress, maintaining clear communication with families and staff
- Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to support each student’s educational journey
We’re seeking candidates with:
- A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- A current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations is a plus
- Familiarity with both in-person and teletherapy services as well as Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and SLPA supervision experience valued
