Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid Minnesota SLP license (or eligible)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) with relevant school experience considered
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and special education procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students across a range of ages and communication needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and write/implement IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success
  • Provide direct therapy, consultation, and advocacy for students’ speech and language development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and regular progress reports
