Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Minnesota SLP license (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Prior experience in a K-12 school setting strongly valued
- Strong communication, flexibility, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational goals
