Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hampton, Virginia

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is desirable
- Skilled in teletherapy modalities, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and supporting communication in educational settings
- SLPA supervision experience is valued
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students with varying needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 Plan goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver both in-person and teletherapy services as needed, supporting student progress through creative, evidence-based intervention
- Maintain comprehensive progress documentation and reports
- Engage regularly with teachers, parents, and school administrators to foster communication solutions that enhance academic success
