Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a must
- Comfortable servicing and managing elementary caseloads
- Reliable transportation and proximity for the commute
- Ability to perform testing, evaluations, and assessments independently
- Willingness to complete onboarding steps (TB test, physical, fingerprints)
- CF and SLPA candidates are not eligible due to supervision limitations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Complete comprehensive assessments, testing, and evaluations
- Service caseloads as determined by school site needs
- Communicate effectively with district staff and parents on student progress
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with school and district policies
