Speech Language Pathologist in Orange, NJ

Ideal candidates are experienced in school-based speech-language pathology, hold the SLP-CCC credential, and possess a valid New Jersey SLP license. You’ll work with an elementary caseload, delivering individualized therapy, conducting assessments, and collaborating with school staff to support student progress.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid NJ SLP license and active ASHA CCC
- Prior experience as a school-based SLP (elementary caseload preferred)
- Ability to perform speech-language testing, evaluations, and assessments
- Reliable transportation and comfort with the commute
- Willingness to work onsite at the designated school
- Must complete onboarding requirements, including TB test, physical, and fingerprints (for both agency and district)
- CF and SLPA candidates are not eligible due to supervision limitations
Professional Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to elementary students
- Complete thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to facilitate student success
- Attend IEP meetings and consult with families as needed
- Manage caseload efficiently and independently
