Qualifications & Experience:
- Current NJ Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC required)
- Previous school-based SLP experience (elementary caseload strongly preferred)
- Comfortable and adept in district protocols and settings
- Ability to independently manage evaluations, testing, and service delivery
- Reliable transportation and close commute required
- Not open to CF or SLPA candidates due to supervision requirements
- Onboarding requirements: TB test, physical, and fingerprints (agency and district)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to assigned elementary students
- Conduct timely assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
- Keep accurate documentation in line with school and district policies
