This full-time contract position offers the rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive speech and language support to learners from kindergarten through high school, with a focus on both in-person and teletherapy services.
Your expertise will help diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, working closely with students, teachers, and families to enhance communication skills and support academic achievement. You’ll collaborate with dedicated educators, develop customized IEP/504 plans, document progress, and contribute to a thriving, student-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities and diagnose disorders
- Formulate, implement, and monitor individualized education and treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in groups
- Maintain clear documentation of interventions and student outcomes
- Partner with teachers, families, and administrators to ensure student progress
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or eligible for licensure)
- CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings a plus
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
