Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is highly valued
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and design effective interventions
- SLPA and teletherapy skills are a plus for broader student support
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders across all grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP/504 plans in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide both direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with students’ needs
- Track and document student progress to adjust support and celebrate growth
- Consult and communicate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create environments where students thrive
