Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Create and implement individualized education plan (IEP) and 504 goals in collaboration with other professionals
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services tailored to each student’s needs
- Regularly monitor and document student progress, modifying strategies as needed
- Partner with teachers, families, and administrators to foster student achievement and engagement
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible state SLP license
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior school or pediatric experience strongly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
