We are currently seeking several Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for in-person roles serving preschool through 5th grade. With a structured workday of 7.75 hours plus a dedicated 30-minute lunch break, you’ll enjoy focused time for both intervention and documentation, and a manageable caseload capped at 55 students.
What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred (PK-5th grade students)
- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to providing services on site (no remote options available)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct therapy and language development sessions to students, primarily in grades PK-5
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, voice, and language disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with educators and support staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
