What We’re Looking For:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license or credential, ready for in-person service
- Previous experience working in K-12 settings, especially with elementary-age students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 55 students efficiently
- Proficiency with assessments, IEP development, documentation, and direct therapy
- Positive attitude and flexibility in a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, in-person speech and language services for students in Pre-K to 5th grade
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records
- Provide consultation and training for colleagues and families as needed
- Advocate for effective communication strategies within the school community
