Key Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC or CFY)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Comfortable managing caseloads across 1–2 classrooms
- Experience or willingness to supervise SLPAs
- Ability to provide effective speech/language services in a school environment
- Collaborative and communicative interpersonal style
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to students in accordance with IEP goals, 2 days per week on campus or virtually
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Provide SLPA supervision as needed, ensuring quality and compliance with state regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sessions, progress, and communications
- Engage with a diverse student population and support a positive learning atmosphere
