Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Paradise, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience or interest in the school-based setting
- Ability to supervise SLPAs, providing mentorship and guidance
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across 1-2 classrooms in the Oroville/Paradise area or virtually
- Develop and implement student-specific treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, maintain records, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide supervision and support to SLPA staff as needed
- Take part in IEP meetings and help integrate goals into classroom activities
