Key Qualifications:
- Credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist; California licensure required
- Recent experience in a K-12 or school setting, preferably PK-5th grade
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to providing services in person
Job Details and Responsibilities:
- Work day: 7.75 hours, Monday–Friday, 7:45 am to 4:15 pm (includes a 30-minute duty-free lunch)
- Serve as one of a team of 10 SLPs supporting elementary-aged students
- Max caseload of 55 ensures quality care and effective intervention
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders; develop and implement IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
