What We’re Looking For:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to work on-site (no remote or hybrid option)
- Passion for working with children, especially those in PK-5
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to a caseload of up to 55 students
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school staff
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Facilitate communication between families, educators, and service providers
- Uphold ethical, professional, and school policies throughout daily work
