Speech Language Pathologist in Escondido, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent field
- Valid state licensure/certification as an SLP
- Strong background in school-based speech therapy, specifically with elementary-aged students
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Compassionate, flexible, and collaborative approach when working with students, teachers, and families
- Skilled in evaluations, IEP development, and progress monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records and prepare documentation for meetings and compliance
- Provide both individual and group therapy services within the school environment
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expertise and recommendations
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment where every child’s voice is valued
