- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to develop IEPs, evaluate student progress, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create supportive learning environments for students with diverse communication needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing recommendations, and progress updates
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on student growth and success
- Maintain clear and accurate records per legal and ethical guidelines
- Engage with families and caregivers to support student achievement
