Qualifications:
- Active Virginia SLP license required
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcomed
- Prior experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to individualized student care and professional collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication needs
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer consultative support to staff and guidance to families
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state, federal, and district regulations
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
- Work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
