Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active SLP license (or ability to obtain) for the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience with school-aged children, preferably across a K-12 environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students across multiple grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation of student assessments, treatment, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions within the school environment
- Provide resources and training for teachers and caregivers to facilitate carryover strategies
