Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or pending state licensure/certification as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting with K-12 students is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to support diverse learners and adapt therapy plans as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized and group therapy sessions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support teachers, parents, and staff through open communication and resources
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as appropriate
