Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience beneficial
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a mixed-age caseload K-12 effectively
- Strong collaboration skills for working with families, staff, and support teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and support for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain compliance documentation
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team-based planning
- Use current evidence-based practices and technology relevant to therapy
- Foster positive student relationships to motivate engagement
