What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric clients, especially in school settings.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to develop rapport and build trust with students, families, and staff.
- Proficient in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with a range of communication disorders.
- Assess, diagnose, and document students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement therapy plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and track student progress.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs.
