Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience working with pediatric clients, preferably in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention techniques, and IEP documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, adaptable approach to supporting diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language screenings and comprehensive assessments
- Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide input on classroom strategies and support inclusive learning environments
