Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFYs considered
- Previous experience in pediatric and/or school settings highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a commitment to positive outcomes for children
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement IEPs and individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders, using standardized evaluation tools
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to deliver integrated therapy and educational plans
- Regularly track and report student progress using data-driven methods
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams to advocate for effective interventions
- Maintain compliance with state, district, and federal requirements related to service delivery and documentation
