Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Salina, Kansas

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure or certification for SLP
- Experience working with children or in pediatric settings
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication and speech disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including IEPs
- Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting expressive/receptive language, articulation, fluency, and social communication
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
