Qualifications:

- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine student speech and language needs
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district policies
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support
- Regularly monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to promote student success
