Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based speech therapy services
- Knowledge and background in supporting students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), especially at the preschool level
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills—dedicated to working closely with educators, students, and families
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and implement interventions effectively
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy for PreK-aged students, focusing on communication, articulation, social skills, and language development
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to craft individualized education plans
- Conduct assessments to determine student needs, progress, and eligibility for services
- Offer consultation and professional guidance to teachers and families to support speech and language goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
